PROCESS DESCRIPTION:

Cardboard slitting (automatic output of paper edge stripping) + Cardboard two-direction cutting line + Horizontal and vertical two direction grooving

1.In the first step, the cardboard that has been cut into long strips is stacked to the cardboard conveying place of the cardboard slitting machine, and the machine uses automatic bottom pumping to convey the cardboard to complete the cutting.

2.The cardboard that has been cut passes through the conveyor belt and is transported to the first cardboard line cutting machine after deviation correction to complete the cardboard line cutting in one direction.

3.After completing the line cutting in the first direction, it is transported through a 90-degree rotation of the conveyor belt, and then transported into the second cardboard line cutting machine after deviation correction to complete the cardboard line secant line in the other direction.

4.After the two-way secant line of the cardboard is completed, it is transported into grooving machine through the conveyor belt, and then process the horizontal and vertical two direction grooving and corner removed, then the finished product is output.
